NIGHTFALL DECAF

Mountain Water Process (MWP) is a method to remove caffeine from coffee indirectly. We get our MWP decaffeinated coffee from Descamex, which uses pure water from Mexico's tallest mountain, Pico de Orizaba. The process begins with a chemical analysis to figure out the best way to do it. Then, the coffee beans are steamed and prepared for caffeine removal. This is done using a water solution that takes out the caffeine but keeps the coffee's flavor intact.
